Cancellation Policy
7 day notice required. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged in full.
On-site & Access
A designated site contact must be available upon our arrival. Please provide clear parking and setup instructions.
Severe Weather
We reserve the right to cancel for severe weather or unsafe conditions. We will gladly work with you to rebook within 7 days.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and card. Payment is required upon service completion.
